What is the earliest time that I can check-in to the apartment?
If arriving early, you will be able to ask if your apartment is ready. Moreover, you can leave us your luggage in our storage and start visiting the city in the meantime.
What is the latest time that I can check-out of the apartment?
The latest time to check-out is at 11:00h.
Do you charge for late check-in?
Check-in after 20:00h has an extra cost of 25 Euros.
Check-in after 23:00h has an extra cost of 40 Euros.
Do you charge for late check-out?
Check out after 11:00h has an extra cost of 40 Euros (subject to availability).
How should I proceed if I will be checking-out early?
If leaving the apartment before we open the office, you have to drop the keys in a mailbox just for this meaning, so we know which apartments are available, we will check that everything is okay and we will send you an email to inform you about the return of the security deposit. Anyway, please let us know if you are checking out early in the morning.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Contact us either by phone or email. Until 30 days before the arrival, we will refund 100% of the reservation prepayment. See the conditions page for further information.
What are the methods I can pay with upon arrival?
You can pay with both cash and credit cards.
Can I pay the balance prior my arrival? Which methods are available?
Yes, you can. Contact us and we will inform you on how to do so. You can pay the balance in advance by credit card or bank transfer.
Should I be aware of any other charges?
There is a city tax that is not included in the total price, of 0,75€ per person aged 17 years and older and per night.
What should I know about the security deposit?
The amount of the deposit will be charged on the card for the duration of the stay and will be returned in full upon departure with the condition that no damage has been caused to the apartment and that there were no issues caused during your stay (such as, checking-out from the apartment at a time other than indicated or being disrespectful to neighbors).
Is the apartment cleaned daily?
Yes, just hang the sign “Free to clean” outside the door and we will clean the apartment.
What are some of the cleaning services included in the rate?
The daily cleaning includes:
– Floor
– Bathroom cleaning and toilet paper (bath towel change every 4 days)
– Kitchen except dishwashing (dishwasher soap included),
– Bedroom cleaning and making beds (sheets and blanket change every 7 days)
– General cleaning of common areas
Do you offer discounts on bike rental to guests?
Yes, we do offer a 2×1 discount for the rental of city bikes for the “All day” period. If you choose another kind of bike we will discount the equivalent amount. Applicable one time per stay.
How can I get from the Barcelona airport to the Apartment?
– By Train: Take the train “Rodalies R2” from Terminal 2. If you arrive to terminal 1, take the bus that transfers from terminal 1 to terminal 2 which takes about 10 minutes. From the train, get off at Barcelona “Passeig de Gracia”. This journey lasts around 30 minutes. Then, take the metro green line (L3) in the direction of “Zona Universitaria” and get off at “Liceu” stop. From here, exit the metro, walk La Rambla in the direction of the large Cristopher Colombus monument, go down 2 streets and turn right on Nou de la Rambla. Our apartments will be on the left-hand side at Nou de la Rambla 15. All of this travel can be done in one “journey” on a metro pass – buy a single ticket from any of the machines before getting on the train and use this same one for the metro. A single journey for one person costs 2.15 euros. Total journey time: around 1 hour

– By Aerobus: This bus costs 5.90 Euros one way and runs around every 5 minutes to the city center. You can catch the Aerobus from outside both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Follow the signs to the “Aerobus.” The journey is about 35 minutes and you will arrive at Placa Catalunya. Get on the metro green line (L3) toward direction “Zona Universitaria” and get off at “Liceu” stop. From here, exit the metro, walk La Rambla in the direction of the large Cristopher Colombus monument, go down 2 streets and turn right on Nou de la Rambla. – By Taxi: You can catch a taxi from either terminal for around 25 to 30 euros. There will be an additional surcharge for each bag you have. The taxi service in Barcelona is generally very good and reliable, and is probably the best option if you are traveling with a large group or a lot of luggage. If you prefer, we can arrange an airport transfer to have someone waiting for you upon your arrival. Consult with us to arrange this. Total journey time: around 30 minutes

How can I get to the apartment from train station “Sants Estació”?”
– By metro: Take the green line (L3) in the direction of “Trinitat Nova” for 6 stops to “Liceu”. From here, exit the metro, walk La Rambla in the direction of the large Cristopher Colombus monument, go down 2 streets and turn right on Nou de la Rambla. Our apartments will be on the left-hand side at Nou de la Rambla 15. A single journey for one person costs 2.15 Euros.

– By Taxi: A taxi from Sants to our apartments costs about 10-12 euros.

What is the easiest method of public transportation to use near the apartment for our stay?
Our Ramblas Building apartments are within a few minutes walk of the “Liceu” stop off of the green line (L3). Barcelona´s public transportation system is very easy to use and this line connects very well to the city.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed only upon request. (extra charges can apply during the year)
What kinds of tourist information can the reception help us with for our holiday?
General tourist information and advice, assistance with tickets, restaurant reservations and recommendations.
Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?
All the 2 bedrooms apartments are wheelchair accessible but are not adapted for disabled people. For further information, feel free to ask us.
Will I be able to print out tickets or boarding passes in the reception?
Of course, consult with the receptionist.
Do the apartments have air conditioning and heating?
Yes, you will be able to control the air conditioning and heating in the apartment.
Do you provide capsules for the Nespresso machine?
They are available for purchase in the reception in a variety of flavors, but you can bring yours if you wish.
Is there a left-luggage service at the apartment building?
Yes, it is available for guests that arrive before their room is ready. Also, after check-out, you will be able to leave your bags in the reception. We also have an area with bathrooms and a space to change before you begin your travels.
What is the shopping service that you offer? Is there a fee for this service?
If you send us a shopping list to us up to a few days before your stay, we will stock up your apartment before you arrive! We want you to have a smooth transition into your holiday, so we offer this complimentary service to our guests. Simply send us a list and we will give you a receipt of the cost for the items. The items we will purchase will be normal supermarket prices.
